Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or credit note. Please see below for more information on our return policy.  

Any item must be returned with 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.  Please note that all our items are made to order and whilst we appreciate there may be a need to order more than one size, we do have a sizing guide available to alleviate this.

To return an item, please email customer service at info@acrotastic-dancewear.co.uk for a returns code and our postal address.  Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail you return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your credit note or exchange. Please allow 7 days for the receipt of your item to process your credit note.  Exchanges will be subject the same amount of processing time as per your original order.  We will exchange for one size smaller or larger of the original item purchased (including colour option when applicable) only.  Any other return will be issued a credit note (subject to to a 10% restocking charge) - valid for 6 months.  Limited Edition items may not be able to be exchanged for a different size due to stock levels. 

  For defective or damaged products (showing little or no wear and have been purchased in the correct size), please contact customer services at info@acrotastic-dancewear.co.uk to arrange a refund/exchange (within 30 days of purchase and garment must be received within 14 days after refund/exchange agreed ) or thereafter a credit note will be given (up to a maximum of 3 months from purchase. After this time it will be deemed to be general wear and tear).  Also items that shows any sign of alternation/appliques and/or diamantes added after purchase are exempt from the returns policy, even if deemed faulty. Items must be returned as purchased. 

Any items that have been specifically made to order and a variation of our standard items are exempt from the returns policy also.

  

Please Note Discounted/Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

If you receive a credit from us, these are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and this date will not be extended.
